Periscope™ is a leadership profile built from how you actually operate, not how you'd describe yourself in an interview. It surfaces the patterns that show up under pressure: where you create momentum, where you absorb it, how you make decisions when the stakes are real, and what the people around you experience on the other side of those choices.
