Before you board
Your voyage is four or five nights. SAIL is longer.
Assessment, feedback, coaching, and preparation begin before departure — so the voyage starts before you step aboard.
After you come home
Then you have to go home.
Insight aboard a ship is nice. Behavior change back inside your actual organization is the point. Two integration sessions, commitments, and next steps help the work survive re-entry.
Pricing
$6,500
Per participant — one price, one experience.
SAIL is not a leadership-program fee plus a separate cruise fare. You pay SAIL one price, and SAIL coordinates the included experience.

Your standard cabin is a private Sea Terrace. Where available, you may request upgraded Sea Terrace categories, RockStar Quarters or Mega RockStar Quarters. Please inquire if you'd like this type of accommodation for pricing. The SAIL program itself does not change based on cabin category.
